The tall ships party has started!

Today's warm-up includes concerts and open dining venues at Dampskipsbrygga in collaboration with the Oslo Vegetarian Festival, as well as Værste Market by the ferry terminal.

Some of the ships have already arrived! Enjoy the sight of Roald Amundsen, Loa, Eendracht, Alba Explorer, James Cook, and Fryderyk Chopin along the docks. A total of 37 vessels are participating in the race, and the goal is for all the ships to be in Fredrikstad by 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Pre-party and live music at Dampskipsbrygga

From 4:00 p.m., you are invited to a pre-party at Dampskipsbrygga. Enjoy live music, delicious food, and drinks from the Oslo Vegetarian Festival and have a lovely Friday evening.

At 5:00 p.m., there will be a concert with Stian Soli, who will play acoustic pop.

At 7:30 p.m, Stian Soli and Sølve Didriksen will create a summer atmosphere at Dampskipsbrygga with well-known and unknown hits.

Food stalls, food trucks, and a concert at Værste Market

At Værste Market by the ferry terminal, you can explore sales booths, food trucks, an ice cream bar, and enjoy the concert with the Alt for Norge band.

At 8:00 p.m., the Alt for Norge band will take the stage and create a festive atmosphere. The band consists of some of the city's best musicians, with Lars Erik Dahle and Bjørn Øivind Bya as conductors.

Sunset Run

From 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Fredrikstad Sports Association and representative Fairuz Syed Ahmad invite you to the Evening Run, with a meeting point at Stortorvet.

The route is 5-6 kilometers long and goes from Stortorvet, over Værstebrua and westward, around Værstestien and the transformation area, before returning to the pedestrian bridge and finishing at Stortorvet.

The morning after, on Saturday, July 15th, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., there will be a new Morning Run, with the same meeting point."
